We have always been big believers of Canon cameras and Canon lenses for they where the highest quality for a long time. That is until Sony came into the game. I started noticing that some of my other photographer friends begun to purchase sony cameras. I decided to rent my first Sony a7R ii. Oh boy was this one of the greatest days of my life. After that day, all i get is the highest quality Sony a7R ii cameras and their Master G lenses. Expensive as hell, but worth every penny. Now im proud to say that most of my gear is Sony and will stick with them until i find something better to offer my clients. If by any chance you know about photography and would desire for me to shoot your wedding with Canon or Nikon, let us know and we'll make it happen since we have experience with Canon and Nikon. We are here to serve your needs at all cost!
The most important part of any photographer aside from the camera is the glass or lens.
When we first made the big decision of switching to sony, we believed that Carl Zeiss was a no brainer for our lens gear. Recently Sony announced their Master G lenses. These lenses Sony's flagship glass, so we gave it a try. We believe that these Sony Master G lenses are the best lenses we have ever tested. The sharpness and clarity are among no comparison. The price is very steap but its 100% worth it.
Last but not least is our lighting equipment. Our lighting is comprised of 2 flash systems with umbrellas. 1 Prophoto D1 Air 1000 monobloc strobe. Why only 1? because this thing is a super beast! Trust me, 1 is all you need.
Then we have our lovely StudioPRO 68 Inch Octagon Softbox, that we use for portraits, engagement sessions or our photobooth.
Next is our reflection gear which is one giant circular Translucent, Silver, Gold, White and Black discs.
